QA Technician in Manufacturing BC

In this position, you will report directly to the Regional QA Manager while ensuring adherence to all quality assurance protocols and processes. By conducting relevant quality control tests and collaborating with the production and R&D teams, you will enhance Bake Mark's manufacturing standards. Your work will be pivotal in the continuous improvement of product quality and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily quality control tests on finished goods

• Document all QC testing and production records thoroughly

• Maintain compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards

• Support facility audits, including preparations for BRC

• Work with R&D to refine manufacturing procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science or relevant work experience

• Excellent communication skills across departments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of food safety policies and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
