Join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager, driving ISO 9001:2015 system improvements while overseeing customer quality requirements. Lead a dedicated team of QC Inspectors.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial QA/QC expertise in manufacturing, fabrication, or machining. This leadership position involves managing customer expectations, internal audits, and quality metrics.
Your role is crucial in fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of QC Inspectors
• Maintain EBCO's ISO Quality Management System
• Manage audits for compliance and quality assurance
• Resolve quality-related issues on the production floor
• Track and report on quality metrics to management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' QA/QC expertise in manufacturing
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Deep understanding of manufacturing quality needs
• Proficient in quality management software
• Valid Canadian work rights
