Lead HSE Programs in Pacific Region

Enhance safety and compliance as the Regional HSE Manager at Acuren based in Richmond, BC. This role is dedicated to implementing health, safety, and environmental strategies in Rope Access Industrial Services.

You will champion safety across multiple service lines while managing in-region HSE personnel and developing robust safety practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to a safer work environment and operational efficiency by embedding world-class safety programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HSE strategies aligned with corporate objectives

• Monitor HSE performance and conduct audits

• Manage development and oversight of HSE teams

• Conduct field safety audits and incident investigations

• Assist in delivering regional safety training programs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in an industrial or construction role

• Degree or diploma in occupational health and safety

• Required Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP)

• Certification as a Registered Safety Technician (CRST) is helpful

• IRATA Level certification is an asset
