Microbiology Quality Control Technician

Position: Microbiology Quality Control Technician Needed
Enhance safety and quality in our products as a Microbiology Quality Control Technician.

Your role will focus on conducting microbiological tests on pharmaceutical items in compliance with GMP standards.

Reporting to the QC Supervisor and QA Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring accurate and timely testing of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical materials. Prepare and review applicable protocols, actively participate in data analysis, and conduct Environmental Monitoring of our facility. Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining high-quality lab operations while meeting compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological analyses on raw materials and finished products

• Report discrepancies in testing results to supervisors

• Maintain compliance with GMP and traceability regulations

• Review and prepare test methods and SOPs

• Perform monthly Environmental Monitoring and document findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related scientific field

• Minimum of two years of relevant laboratory experience

• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP practices

• Familiar with US FDA and USP standards

• Capable of managing laboratory supplies effectively
