As a Quality Engineer at Norsat International, you will spearhead the investigation of quality issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate root cause analysis for customer complaints

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or 5 years’ related experience

• At least 2 years of quality control experience

• Knowledge in manufacturing and quality methodologies

• Data analysis experience with databases

• Understanding of ISO standards
