As a Quality Engineer at Norsat International, you will spearhead the investigation of quality issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality. Your responsibilities also include managing the calibration of test equipment and supporting new product compliance. This position is pivotal in integrating quality measures across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate root cause analysis for customer complaints
• Track and document corrective actions using CAPA
• Perform internal audits and report findings
• Analyze product quality data trends
• Oversee testing equipment calibration program
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or 5 years’ related experience
• At least 2 years of quality control experience
• Knowledge in manufacturing and quality methodologies
• Data analysis experience with databases
• Understanding of ISO standards
