In this 12-month contract position, you will mentor and supervise the quality team while overseeing essential QA programs. Your leadership will drive quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop the Quality Assurance team
• Oversee implementation of QA programs and compliance standards
• Provide technical guidance for quality-related challenges
• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits regularly
• Lead corrective actions for quality issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Preferred Bachelor’s in Food Science or Biology
• Experience with SQF certification and quality audits
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
