Position: Property Manager Assistant (Residential and Commercial)

Overview

Our well-established boutique Property Management/ Developer client based in Richmond, BC, are looking to add a seasoned Property Manager Assistant to their collaborative team! In this role you will be assisting with a mixed-use Residential and Commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Update tenant contact information on Yardi
  • Updateinternal tracking spreadsheets, tenant records, contract binders etc
  • Review and update monthly management reports
  • Create and distribute tenant memos, welcome packages, and tenant correspondence
  • Coding and reviewing invoices
  • Processinglease documentation, tracking, update lease tracker, monitor lease expiries, review leases and create lease synopsis
  • Reviewand track expiries for repairs and maintenance contracts, collect vendor insurance
  • Liaise with vendors, commercial and residential tenants
  • Receive repairs and maintenance calls, assist with coordination with vendors and tenants. Maintain and update maintenance tracker and maintenance calendars
  • Assist in reviewing and obtaining comparables for contracts (landscaping, snow removal, HVAC etc)
  • Maintain, manage and track tenant, vendor and property insurance. Obtain tenant insurance and vendor insurance
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience supporting a residential portfolio
  • Experience with the RTA and RTB
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset
