Senior Research Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: Greater London, Central London Job Type: Permanent
Opportunity to help key stakeholders make informed decisions that improve outcomes for many, while working in a supportive social research agency environment. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in central London.
About the roleAs a Senior Research Manager within the Education team, you'll lead high profile studies, working on large scale surveys for government clients.
Responsibilities- Design complex questionnaires and topic guides.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce insightful, in-depth and publishable reports.
- Run multiple projects through planning, prioritisation and communication.
- Apply advanced data manipulation techniques, including weighting and sampling.
- Significant experience in research within the education sector in the UK.
- Experience juggling multiple projects with varying timelines.
- Strong quantitative research skillset and technical skills in statistical software (SPSS, R or similar).
- Some evaluation experience appreciated; willingness to learn acceptable.
- Clear communication skills.
