Opportunity to help key stakeholders make informed decisions that improve outcomes for many, while working in a supportive social research agency environment. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in central London.

As a Senior Research Manager within the Education team, you'll lead high profile studies, working on large scale surveys for government clients.

• Design complex questionnaires and topic guides.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce insightful, in-depth and publishable reports.
• Run multiple projects through planning, prioritisation and communication.
• Apply advanced data manipulation techniques, including weighting and sampling.

• Significant experience in research within the education sector in the UK.
• Experience juggling multiple projects with varying timelines.
• Strong quantitative research skillset and technical skills in statistical software (SPSS, R or similar).
• Some evaluation experience appreciated; willingness to learn acceptable.
• Clear communication skills.
