This role is essential for coordinating research efforts on echocardiography and genomics, improving cardiovascular care pathways across BC. You will engage closely with participants and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure ethical standards and operational efficiency. Your organizational skills will be pivotal in managing study responsibilities amidst competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and follow up with study participants, ensuring informed consent
• Monitor recruitment and retention metrics, implementing improvements
• Maintain protocols and documentation with strict adherence to guidelines
• Assist with site approvals and Research Ethics Board applications
• Develop and manage databases for participant data
Requirements:
• Technical program completion or relevant degree with three years of experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with REDCap and clinical research processes
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in research practices
