Clinical Research Assistant

Support clinical trial visits and participant screening as a Clinical Research Assistant at Richmond Clinical Trials in Richmond, BC. Work onsite Monday through Friday.

Headlands Research seeks a Clinical Research Assistant for its Richmond Clinical Trials site. You will support Clinical Research Coordinators, Investigators, and cross-functional teams during trial execution. The work includes vital signs, phone calls, electronic data entry, and study documentation.

• Assist coordinators with protocol-compliant clinical trial visits
• Collect and record participant vital signs
• Make study-related phone calls and document electronic data
• Support subject screening, enrollment, and follow-up
• Verify study documentation accuracy and completeness

• Medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures familiarity preferred
• Direct hands-on patient care experience preferred
• Clinical research experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with participants, providers, and sponsors
