Cold Storage Order Picker

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Operation Supervisor, the Warehouse & Distribution Freezer Picker is responsible for order assembly, picking warehouse merchandise based on customer purchase orders, and preparing them for distribution.

• Handle customer orders as a picker and assembler
• Assemble and palletize orders for shipment
• Report damages and inventory discrepancies
• Follow FEFO or FIFO inventory rules
• Ensure picking accuracy
• Meet warehouse productivity targets
• Maintain workplace safety and security
• Ensure equipment is in good condition
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Valid Pallet Jack license
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to count and lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work in cold environments (-20°C to 4°C)
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Stand for long periods, bend, and reach overhead
• Work under deadline pressure with organizational skills
