As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance guest interactions.

Your role involves coaching Product Guides, managing inventory, and aligning daily practices with Arc'teryx's core values. This position empowers you to embrace both leadership and community engagement in a retail environment focused on outdoor passions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion guest experience through effective floor leadership

• Coach and develop Product Guides for peak performance

• Ensure smooth inventory management according to store needs

• Communicate important policies to the team

• Network with local partners to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience

• Proven passion for enhancing customer experiences

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
