Be part of the adidas team as a Retail Sales Associate in Richmond, California.

Your role focuses on assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a vibrant store environment.

This Retail Sales Associate position reports to the Store Manager and requires you to help customers select adidas merchandise while promoting brand values. Utilize selling techniques and the in-store AOS system to meet sales goals. You will also maintain store appearance and assist with inventory management and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with adidas product selection and information

• Uphold adidas’ customer service standards consistently

• Drive sales utilizing effective selling techniques

• Maintain store appearance and assist inventory replenishment

• Support a collaborative team environment among coworkers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferred three to six months of retail experience

• Proficient in English and French, verbal and written

• Ability to manage a varied schedule, including weekends

• Capable of lifting up to 34 kg as needed
