Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Store Manager role based in Richmond, BC. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment. This role will lead, schedule, and support store staff, provide coaching and performance feedback, and foster a collaborative, customer‑focused culture. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze store metrics, and implement initiatives to meet revenue and efficiency targets.

Responsibilities also include resolving customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, managing cash handling procedures, and coordinating with head office on reporting and operational improvements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail or store management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle escalations, build customer loyalty, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising standards, and basic loss prevention practices.
  • Comfort with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, basic computer applications, and generating or interpreting sales and operations reports.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to work on‑site full time in Richmond, BC, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous experience in outsourcing, offshoring, or multi‑location operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
