About the Role
As a Sales Supervisor at Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will lead a diverse leadership and sales team to inspire and motivate associates, drive sales, and provide an excellent client experience. You will manage the store operations, execute store strategies, and coach associates in real‑time to build trusting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Lead by example and mentor associates to drive sales personally and through the team.
Maintain excellent client experience and in‑the‑moment coaching on the sales floor.
Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships.
Ensure appropriate communication cascades throughout the team.
Drive sales on the sales floor and support the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
Successful experience as a Client Advisor (results driven) and strong team player.
College/Post‑Secondary degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence partners and motivate team.
Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
Language skills such as Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin are a strong asset (not required).

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour plus commission and bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
Commission based on performance.
