This Part-Time Store Associate role is integral to The Salvation Army’s mission in Richmond Hill. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers, providing a positive shopping experience
• Complete cash and debit sales transactions accurately
• Sort and price donations promptly to keep inventory fresh
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing
• Monitor and protect store security through vigilance
Requirements:
• Completion of some high school coursework
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Proficient with cash handling and electronic registers
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs
• Ability to support The Salvation Army's mission and values
