In this key supervisory role, you will partner with management to meet and exceed sales goals in the wireless department. With your 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience, you’ll cultivate a selling culture among team members while ensuring adherence to policies and enhancing customer engagement through effective resolution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to achieve sales goals
• Cultivate a selling culture among sales associates
• Engage with customers and associates across departments
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Train and coach associates in sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience
• 1+ years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong diplomatic conflict resolution skills
• Ability to plan and organize efficiently
