Assistant Store Managers partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. They support daily operations, ensure the execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive. Assistant Store Managers act as role models on the sales floor, coach team members, deliver training, and ensure that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met.
They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.
- 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Team‑first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
