As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in diverse tasks, ensuring operational excellence and enhancing consumer engagement.
Your role involves training and developing Sales Associates while driving sales performance and increasing profitability. Your leadership will help cultivate an inclusive and effective retail environment, contributing significantly to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership to supervisors and sales associates
• Create an engaging consumer shopping experience

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Over 5 years of relevant retail experience
