This role is pivotal in supporting operational excellence and team development will guide your team in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards. Contribute to visual merchandising and actively support inventory management to achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coach a high-performing sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and store experiences
• Monitor key performance indicators and support store objectives

Requirements:

• Flexible to work evenings and lift weights as required
