Retail Sales Associate

Position: adidas Retail Sales Associate
Step into a Retail Sales Associate role with adidas at our Richmond location. Engage directly with customers to support sales while maintaining an inviting store atmosphere.

In this position, you'll be reporting to the Store Manager, assisting customers in choosing from a variety of adidas products. Your expertise in merchandise, along with strong communication skills, will help promote sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Adherence to brand values and maintaining store standards are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers on selecting adidas merchandise effectively

• Provide accurate product details to enhance customer experience

• Drive sales and close transactions efficiently

• Keep the store visually appealing and well-stocked

• Assist with phone inquiries and customer service issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Three to six months of prior retail experience preferred

• Bilingual in English and French required

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift weights up to 34 kg when necessary
