Summary
The Store Manager leads the Mac Arthur Glen Outlets boutique in Richmond, overseeing sales, team performance, and daily operations. Acts as a brand representative to grow the business through client relationship management and events while driving financial performance. Responsible for HR functions, operational excellence, and executing strategic business plans to meet KPI targets.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base by engaging high-profile clientele and leveraging client relationships
- Implement and manage the boutique client outreach program and CRM initiatives to drive sales and exceed KPIs
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Motivate and develop the team through goal setting, accountability, and recognition
- Manage all HR functions and ensure operational excellence across store processes
- Develop and execute strategic business plans using cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities
- Minimum 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a high-end retailer
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to drive results and solve problems
- Strong client engagement skills and brand ambassador presence
- Elevated customer service focus with passion for footwear and accessories
- Experience in performance management, team development, and effective communication
