• Operating stores such as:
  Hermes, Bvlgari, Cartier, Omega, Ferragamo, Burberry, Moncler and more!
• Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills.
• Luxury Associates are responsible for delivering the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store.
• We are committed to our community and prioritize Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives
• Working at the YVR Vancouver International Airport

• Have open / flexible availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons & evenings on weekdays and weekends
• Mandarin or Korean language is a plus
• Work a Part Time or Full Time shift

• Elevated customer interaction using the 6 steps of selling and service standards specific to the luxury category/brand
• Exceed sales targets by consistently leveraging all available selling tools
