This entry-level role involves customer interaction, cash handling, and sorting donations. You will also be responsible for maintaining store organization and creating an inviting atmosphere for shoppers.

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash register
• Sort, hang, and price donated goods efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Monitor store activities to ensure security and safety

• Some high school education completed
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Cash handling experience is required
• Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs frequently
• Understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission
