Become an integral part of InComm's Retail Team as an Account Manager I, focusing on strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our prepaid programs.
This position involves developing and executing tailored business plans for key retail accounts, enhancing both revenue and client satisfaction. With your expertise in stakeholder management and category trends, you'll lead customers through innovative solutions while collaborating with diverse departments to ensure project success. Your resourceful problem-solving abilities will be key to navigating the dynamic challenges of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts
• Conduct category reviews to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively assess risks and propose solutions
• Partner with teams to launch new products
• Oversee a portfolio of retail merchant accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills required
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with prepaid cards or retail desired
• Must reside in Vancouver, BC
