Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team in product presentation
• Organize and display new merchandise attractively
• Manage delivery schedules and stock quality
• Monitor product inventory and maintain standards
• Enhance customer service through direct engagement
Requirements:
• Prior retail merchandising experience essential
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Effective communicator with strong people skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks in outdoor settings
• Passion for gardening is highly desirable
