Merchandise Flow Supervisor | Full-Time | Mc Arthur Glen  Outlets

As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team who you will inspire and motivate each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

You will provide input on merchandising strategies and your daily presence on the sales floor will help you understand the business on the front line, using insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue and be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise team members, monitor performance, ensure safety, and drive a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to support sales, client experience, merchandising execution, and talent development.
  • Provide input on merchandising strategies and use frontline insights to improve store performance.
  • Drive revenue through store strategies and ensure clear communications cascaded throughout the team.
  • Manage back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization, replenishment, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and facilities management.
  • Lead by example with integrity, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and adaptability to change, while maintaining results orientation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management
  • College/post-secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence partners and motivate the team
  • Proficiency with retail systems and Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

  • Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs (boxes, mannequins, and other items); frequent
  • Push/Pull movable shelving and doors; frequent
  • Climbing stairs and ladders; frequent

  • Fine motor tasks (computer use, garment steaming, sensor tags, etc.); frequent
  • Auditory & Vision - hear and see safety signals, read labels, registers, computers, etc.; constant

  • Supervise teams, plan, perform audits/analysis, and handle administrative tasks; frequent
