In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you will collaboratively lead a team of Brand Advocates, focusing on customer engagement and store operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Support team in achieving sales goals through KPI monitoring
• Coach the team to enhance productivity and performance
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail or leadership experience
• Proven track record in exceeding sales and profitability goals
