This role is a crucial part of Indigo's Store Leadership Team. You’ll ensure operational excellence while prioritizing a customer-first mindset among your team. In addition to budget management, you will uphold visual merchandising standards and team effectiveness. Engage in ongoing talent management and ensure health and safety compliance throughout your shifts.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of leadership in customer service or retail
• Strong commitment to employee and customer experience
• Ability to make informed operational decisions
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards
• Open to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
