We are currently hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond Hill location.
This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations, staff training, scheduling, customer experience, and overall store performance.
Position OverviewAs Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the Richmond Hill store during both peak and non-peak seasons. You will help lead the sales floor, support staff training and development, assist with operational processes, and ensure a positive experience for students, families, and school partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily store operations and sales floor management
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding
- Help maintain scheduling and store coverage requirements
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism Yes
- Support inventory organization, merchandising, and replenishment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and Head Office teams
- Help drive store performance and operational goals
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting a team
