Join Canadian Tire as a Store Manager, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and overseeing efficient retail operations. You will directly support Department Managers to achieve store performance goals.
In this management role, you will report to the General Manager and focus on cultivating a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you are responsible for training, coaching, and motivating the Management Team, ensuring targets are met while fostering an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention
• Regularly assess and interact with customers for feedback
• Develop and manage projects across all store areas
• Supervise store closing activities and compliance
• Build strong community relations for brand enhancement
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in retail management
• Excellent understanding of financial principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Availability for closing shifts and Sundays
• Physical ability to meet job demands
