In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a vital role as part of the Junior Management team. Your responsibilities will embody the art of visual merchandising, where you'll enhance the customer shopping experience through vibrant displays and effective product placement strategies. You'll also provide guidance to staff, ensuring compliance with JD’s high standards in visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft seasonal and event-focused visual merchandising displays

• Apply Oracle insights for effective floor layout

• Communicate visual strategies with the Town Merchandiser

• Implement and track store promotional activities

• Coach team members on display enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in visual merchandising

• Creative mindset with strong detail orientation

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in leading teams in a retail context

• Strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
