• Oversee the daily operations of the butcher department, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff, ensuring proper meat‑cutting techniques and customer service standards.
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry.
• Cut and pack according to present at the self‑serve counter.
• Display meat, poultry.
• Manage Inventory, and track records.
• Weigh meat, poultry to price label.
• Check food storage condition meets health standards.
