Roots is hiring a Retail Team Lead to connect leadership with sales associates.
Your role will include assisting store managers and mentoring your team to meet and exceed performance goals. Ideal candidates will have proven retail experience, particularly in apparel, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a sales team and model exceptional customer service
• Support store management during their absence
• Oversee daily operations and team performance
• Train new associates on products and selling techniques
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices
Requirements:
• 1+ years in retail, luxury experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with POS systems and daily banking
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
