Summary
Join the outlet sales team to represent the brand through exceptional in-store and virtual client interactions. Drive sales performance by cultivating and maintaining clientele, meeting monthly targets, and delivering high service standards. Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash/key-holder responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador and deliver attentive, knowledgeable client service both in-store and virtually
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up
Manage client book, perform outreach (calls, emails, thank-you notes) and handle out-of-town shipping
Perform key-holder duties: open/close store, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures
Support inventory, shipping/receiving, back-of-house tasks and special projects
Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
Operate POS/register systems and CRM/Ulti Pro portals as required
Requirements
2-5 years luxury retail experience with an established clientele
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; additional languages (preferably Chinese) advantageous
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work across a 7-day store schedule
Experience with cash handling, key-holder responsibilities and retail operations
Post-secondary education preferred and proficiency with POS/CRM systems
