Position: Keyholder Role at Pet Valu
Join the Pet Valu team as a Keyholder in Richmond, British Columbia, dedicated to enhancing the vitality of pets. Manage store activities and deliver top-notch customer service daily.

As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the store's operational excellence.

Your role encompasses everything from cashier responsibilities to assisting in merchandise management, all while upholding the core values of safety and compassion. You will guide ACEs and take on tasks that contribute to the store’s success in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cashier functions and manage customer sales transactions  

• Process merchandise orders and maintain paperwork  

• Place small stock items for sale in the store  

• Execute general maintenance, including sweeping and dusting  

• Assist in the unloading of deliveries, handling supplies up to 50 lbs  

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in retail or service roles  

• Experience with point of sale systems  

• Outgoing personality with excellent customer relations  

• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis  

• Flexible scheduling availability, including holidays
