Our established butcher shop is on the search for a dedicated butcher with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. You will perform various tasks, including cutting and preparing meats, supervising junior staff, and ensuring product quality at all times.
Your role includes interaction with customers and showcasing your meat preparation skills in an efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clean and precise meat cutting and preparation
• Train other staff in meat cutting techniques
• Sell and package various meat products
• Supervise cleanliness and safety protocols in the shop
• Interact with clients to enhance service experience
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate preferred
• 1 to 2 years of butchering experience
• Proficient in using manual and powered cutting equipment
• Physically fit to handle demanding tasks
• Complete criminal record check required
