This Sales Associate role focuses on customer connections, product knowledge, and sales results within the fashion industry. You will stay current on trends, arrivals, promotions, campaigns, and must-have styles. The position also supports merchandising, inventory, checkout, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Share product knowledge and guide customers toward suitable styles
- Support floor sets, displays, merchandising, and store recovery
- Process shipments, replenish inventory, and organize stock
- Process transactions and handle cash responsibly
- Retail sales experience within a trendsetting fashion brand
- Fashion or retail management education is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand six to eight hours per shift
