T&T Supermarket Customer Sales Promoter

Represent T&T Supermarket products through engaging demonstrations, strong verbal communication, and customer-focused selling during required shift work.

As a Store Promoter reporting to the Store Administrator, you will create brand awareness and encourage consumers to purchase products. The role includes delivering the Customer Service Strategy, responding to complaints, and meeting sales targets. Retail, grocery, restaurant, and food service experience are highly desirable.

• Generate consumer excitement and awareness for represented brands
• Present and demonstrate products to varied customer groups
• Meet assigned sales targets through positive customer engagement
• Handle complaints and communicate promptly with supervisors
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

• Customer service and food safety knowledge
• Sales skills with one year relevant experience highly desirable
• English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or French verbal communication
• Problem-solving ability across varied situations
• Ability to stand comfortably for up to six hours
