Bring fashion fluency and visual merchandising expertise to Steve Madden as a Sales Lead. Keep the store energized, polished, and ready for customers.
You will serve as a trend expert and brand ambassador while supporting management and leading the stylist squad by example. The work includes product knowledge, promotional awareness, selling performance, floor productivity, inventory replenishment, and visual standards. You will also maintain policy, pricing, signing, loss prevention, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay current on fashion drops, campaigns, and promotions
- Drive floor energy and achieve daily sales goals
- Complete floor moves and visual merchandising displays
- Monitor deliveries and process incoming shipments
- Lift boxes up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Two to four years as a fashion Sales Lead
- Keyholder experience with a trendsetting brand
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Fashion or retail management education is an asset
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities
