• Source and qualify leads through dealership channels, social media, and local listings
• Provide clear and accurate information on pricing, vehicle evaluations, features, and promotions
• Guide customers through the entire buying‑in process—from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow‑up
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long‑lasting relationships
• Use internal systems to track leads, appointments, vehicle details, and outcomes
• Stay updated on automotive trends, market pricing, and inventory needs

• Friendly, confident communicator with a strong customer‑first mindset
• Interest in the automotive industry (no prior experience required – training provided)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms
• VSA License is an asset
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage
