Become a key player in Food Process Solutions as a Technical Account Manager, where your skills in technical sales and customer advocacy will lead to impactful partnerships in food processing.
In this strategic role, you will manage key accounts, act as the primary contact for customer relationships, and drive both customer retention and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet customers’ operational challenges and enhance their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary relationship lead for strategic accounts
• Drive contract renewals and account expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams for solutions
• Proactively manage customer escalations to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or account management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in complex, consultative sales
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales strategies
