Our client is a growing global seafood company supplying premium scallops across North America.
This is an office based role (no outside sales calls). Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with experience working with major retail chains or wholesalers, will be important for this role.

Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (no routine overtime required)
Compensations: $65,000 – 90,000 per year + performance bonus

Job duties:
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain sales, customer, and product performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and changes in demand.
- Review orders, inventory, and forecasts to spot shortages or excess stock.
- Support forecasting and demand planning through accurate data analysis.
- Manage daily operational needs for key retail and food service accounts.
- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, product listings, and vendor portals.
- Oversee order fulfillment from purchase order to delivery.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer programs.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin

Japanese is an asset. - 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Key Account Support, Supply Chain, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working on sales, customer, inventory, and operational data; experience preparing reports and analyzing trends.
- Advanced Excel Skills and familiarity with ERP systems, EDI, or retailer/vendor portals are assets.
- Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, retail, or food service, and supporting major retail/food service accounts is preferred.
- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Associate Degree or higher.
