Bilingual Client Relationship Manager

Build trusted client relationships with Catalyst Canada as a bilingual Account Manager focused on revenue retention and growth. Work remotely from Canada.

This Account Manager role supports Canadian and some US clients within Catalyst IT Canada’s Moodle LMS and open source learning platforms business. You will understand customer needs, gather requirements, manage projects, and coordinate internal teams. The position combines relationship management with renewals, reporting, and small consulting engagements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated clients
• Understand requirements and navigate suitable client solutions
• Lead small client-specific and internal projects
• Manage Managed Service contractual renewal cycles
• Identify account growth and revenue retention opportunities

• Two or more years in account or client relationship management
• Experience managing projects from requirements gathering through execution
• Understanding of the Educational Technology market
• Exceptional written and verbal French and English communication
• Proactive self-starter with strong presentation skills
