Use plumbing expertise and consultative sales skills as a Plumbing Sales Specialist supporting contractors and customer projects s role is based in Atlantic Canada.
Plumbing Sales Specialists partner with Contractor Sales Associates throughout the sales process. You will recommend solutions, understand project needs, and support customer relationships. The position combines plumbing product knowledge, sales targets, estimates, and delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
- Clarify customer needs and recommend project solutions
- Build contractor relationships and strengthen existing accounts
- Prepare estimates, material lists, and delivery follow-ups
- Resolve customer challenges efficiently and provide exceptional experiences
- Strong foundation in sales and customer service
- Deep understanding of plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Office skills and software learning willingness
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites
