Lead Canadian agriculture sales with P&L ownership and customer strategy from a major Western prairie city. Build commercial performance across Sipcam Agro.
The Canadian Commercial Manager leads Canadian business, reports to the CEO at Sipcam Headquarters in Durham, North Carolina, and directs employees and contractors. This senior commercial leader manages sales objectives, business plans, customer strategies, and day-to-day P&L. The work emphasizes crop protection, large national customers, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Own expenses, gross margin, EBITDA, and overall Canadian P&L
- Lead five-year medium-term business plans and strategies
- Direct sales teams toward account, sales, and profit objectives
- Transform portfolios toward biostimulants and biorationals
- Manage Field Max Program development and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or similar
- 10+ years managerial and sales experience in agriculture
- Large national customer and crop protection experience
- Complex selling and contract negotiation experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong presentation skills
