Security Guard– Seasonal Casual on Call

Commissionaires BC is looking for security guards to join our casual, on‑call Reserves Division to support summer event security operations alongside the RCMP in Richmond.
Shifts will vary in location and times so flexibility in availability would be preferred.
Pay rate: from $25.50 per hour
Your Must‑Haves- BC Security License
- Hold OFA 1
- Lived in Canada for 5+ yearsfor clearance purposes
- Availability to work at a variety of sites and locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Patrolling various sites/locations
- Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public
- Access Control
- CCTV Monitoring
- Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
- Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
- Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor
- You hold a positive and can do attitude
- You are reliable and committed
- You can think on your feet and problem solve
- You can work alone or as part of a team
