UNIQLO, part of the Fast Retailing Group, seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to implement policies and protect assets. You will assist with loss prevention training, identify shoplifters, and address internal theft incidents. Engaging with various technologies, you will work closely with store management to uphold safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all Loss Prevention initiatives within the store

• Identify and apprehend shoplifters in compliance with laws

• Train staff on Loss Prevention policies and procedures

• Manage internal investigations and track theft incidents

• Utilize technology for loss detection and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention

• Understanding of Canadian laws related to safety and apprehensions

• Proficient with Loss Prevention technology such as CCTV

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to perform under pressure while managing time
