We are recruiting an adept Shift Manager for Security at River Rock Casino Resort. This role demands at least three years of security experience, including a minimum of one year in supervision. You will be responsible for shift management, guiding security teams through policies and initiatives while ensuring compliance across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and guide security staff
• Review and act on inspection reports
• Respond decisively to security incidents
• Train and develop personnel for optimal performance
• Communicate effectively across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in security and 1 year supervisory
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Fluent communication skills and computer proficiency
• Certified in SIR, Smart Serve or IGB
• Must be able to undergo a criminal background check
